SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

All physical products are processed within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product listing. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.


SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

Enable Art ships orders using standard shipping services. Estimated delivery times vary based on destination and carrier and are not guaranteed. Enable Art is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.


SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination. Shipping fees are non-refundable.


ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available. It is the client’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure delivery arrangements are made.


INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Enable Art is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned to Enable Art due to address issues, the client will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.


LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Enable Art is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. We recommend shipping to a secure location.

If an order arrives damaged, the client must contact Enable Art within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist with a claim or resolution.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If international shipping is offered, clients are responsible for all customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges. Enable Art is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


FINAL SALE ON SHIPPED ITEMS

All shipped products are considered final sale once they leave Enable Art’s possession unless otherwise stated. Please refer to our Refunds & Credits policy for additional information.
