PURCHASE OPTIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY
PURCHASE OPTIONS
Enable Art offers a variety of purchase options, including single classes, camps, private parties, memberships, art kits, and other products or services. By completing a purchase, the client agrees to all policies outlined in Enable Art’s Terms of Service.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All purchases are final unless otherwise stated in this policy or unless Enable Art cancels a class, program, or event. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued solely at Enable Art’s discretion, except where required by law.
CLIENT-INITIATED CANCELLATIONS

Classes & Camps:
Client-initiated cancellations are not eligible for refunds. Credits may be issued only if the cancellation meets the notice requirements outlined in Enable Art’s Cancellation Policy. -
After School Art & Summer Art Camp:
Missed classes are subject to the policies outlined in the After School Art Terms, including limits on monthly credits. -
Evening Art Classes (Gold Brush Membership):
Members must cancel at least 48 hours prior to class start time to receive points back to their membership account. Late cancellations result in forfeiture of points. -
Private Parties:
Private party purchases are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability and Enable Art approval. If a party is not rescheduled within the allotted timeframe, the purchase will convert to Enable Art credit.
ENABLE ART–INITIATED CANCELLATIONS
If Enable Art cancels a class, camp, event, or program due to weather, illness, emergency, or low enrollment, clients will be notified as soon as possible and offered one of the following options, when applicable:

Refund

Enable Art credit

Transfer to another available class or program
The selected option is final once confirmed by the client.
MEMBERSHIPS & PREPAID PACKAGES
All memberships, prepaid packages, and point-based systems are non-refundable. Unused points or classes are not eligible for cash refunds. Policies governing credits, expirations, and usage are outlined in the applicable membership terms.
FAILURE TO ATTEND
Failure to attend a class, camp, or event without proper cancellation notice does not qualify for a refund or credit.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Enable Art reserves the right to refuse service to any client. In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at Enable Art’s discretion.
POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By completing a purchase with Enable Art, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy and all related Terms of Service.
