You can book by calling or texting our business phone (509.593.0555), emailing us (support@enable-art.com), filling out our ONLINE FORM, or visiting our studio and asking our front desk for help. You will need to fill out our DATE AVAILABILITY FORM first to make sure your date is available, after the date and time is confirmed you can purchase your private art party HERE.
9. How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Sometimes we have openings, so it’s always great to check even if your event is last minute. Also, events have better attendance when you give them at least 2 weeks to plan.

Pricing depends on the art medium, the group size, and the length of time of the event.

OTHER QUESTIONS
25. What happens if someone arrives late?
We will make every effort to assist them in catching up; however, it is advisable to arrive on time to avoid missing any instructions. If an individual is more than 30 minutes late, the teacher will attempt to help the client catch up, but there is no guarantee. Assisting someone who arrives late will take time away from the teacher's lesson, which may impact the overall class schedule.
26. What if I need to change the number of guests after booking?
Please let us know as soon as possible! We may be able to accommodate adjustments depending on the project and setup. THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL $150 FEE FOR ADDING ADDITIONAL SEATS TO THE ART PARTY ON THE DAY OF THE PARTY. You are more than welcome to add additional seats at least 48 hours prior to the start of the event. Enable Art plans canvases, paints, and help for the month, and unfortunately when last minute additions happen it affects inventory as well as slows down the class due to the teacher having to pause in order to set up additional guests. The $150 fee is in addition to any additional seats that would need to be purchased.
27. Can we purchase gift certificates for private parties?
Yes! Gift certificates make a great gift for future private events.
28. Can I book a private party outside of regular business hours?
Yes! We offer flexible scheduling for private events, including evenings and weekends.
29. What safety measures do you have in place?
We keep our studio clean and provide sanitized supplies for each guest. If you have any specific concerns, just let us know!
30. Do you offer discounts for large groups?
Yes! The pricing reflects that the larger groups are getting a better rate.
31. Can we share canvases?
No, there is to be only one person per canvas only, unless this has been preapproved by the teacher at least 48 hours in advance of the class. We usually allow young artist to have a helper sit with them and help them or if there is a reason someone needs assistance.
32. I have younger kids that don’t want to paint, can I bring them?
Due to class disruptions and damages that have occurred in the past, we are unfortunately no longer allowing 1-4 years olds in the studio during a private party. THERE WILL BE NO RUNNING OR ROUGHHOUSING IN THE STUDIO. This is a professional business with expensive artwork and merchandise. If there is anything damaged by any of the participants the original purchaser will be invoiced for the damages incurred.
33. I have a few people that want to come and just sit and watch, can they come?
Due to the limited space, the only people allowed in the studio during the private art party are those who are taking the class.
If it's a birthday party for Children, we allow 2-3 adults to stay for supervision. There must be at least one adult to supervise the whole time. If you have people that want to come and not participate you need to approve it with Chloe before hand, not the day of the event.
