PERKS OF BEING A GOLD BRUSH MEMBER

Gold Brush Members will be contacted via text or email, 24 hours before the public to see and purchase the early release of morning and evening art classes and other classes being released for the next month. Gold Brush Members are able to sign up before anyone else to save their seat. They will have access to the Early Access Portal where the discount code is listed that allows them to sign up for Evening Art Classes using their Gold Brush Membership. Members can also use their membership for themselves or their friends and family. If there is a class they want to come to they are able to use as many punches on the card as they would like to save a seat for themselves and a friend.


HOW IT WORKS

The client prepays for 8 for the price of 7. Once the client has purchased the membership, Enable Art will create their membership and track their punches and classes purchased on our end. We are happy to share that information with you whenever you need it. Just contact us and ask.

The Early Access Portal is where our Evening Art Classes are posted before anywhere else. Gold Brush Members have the ability to view and save their seat at our Evening Art Classes 24 hours before the public gets access. They can still order after they are released to the public.

Information on the Early Access Portal explains how to use the Gold Brush Membership to save the clients seat at one of Enable Art’s Evening Art Classes. Once the client saves their seat at one of Enable Art’s Evening Art Classes, we will update their punch card.

Clients are not receiving any physical card, it is all done digitally.


MEMBERSHIP SETUP

When the Gold Brush Membership is purchased, Enable Art will contact the new member via email or text with the membership code so they are able to use it. If it is a returning membership they will already have the information they need to order as a Gold Brush Member. If the membership is ordered on the weekend or outside business working hours the client can text our business line to receive any information they might need but we are not required to respond until the next business day.

  3. You will have 24 hours where you get a special discounts and deals on classes

  4. You can share prepaid classes with friends and family by signing them up and using your code before the public sign up

  5. Classes on your membership never expire

  6. Gold Brush Membership classes are still usable even when there is a price change

  7. When Enable Art is trying a new class, classes are extremely discount to our GBM while we are perfecting the class and it’s system.


Ordering Mistake with The membership

DO NOT ORDER CLASSES WITHOUT USING YOUR GOLD BRUSH MEMBER DISCOUNT CODE. If you do not know how to use your code, contact us first so we can help you. All sales are final and we will not refund any classes ordered.

Some clients will pay for a Gold Brush Membership and order additional classes at the same time. We recommend that you order the Gold Brush Membership first, wait to receive the Gold Brush Discount Code, then order your classes and use your GBM discount code.

All sales are final. If you order classes without your code you will have paid for additional classes outside of your membership.

FAQ ABOUT GOLD BRUSH MEMBERSHIP

What happens once I order my membership?

  • You will be added to the Gold Brush texting list so you will receive the notification that classes are posted so you can sign up. You will also be emailed within 1-2 business days from ordering letting you know how the Gold Brush Membership works!

What if I order my Gold Brush Membership first and want to use the membership code the same time I am ordering my membership?

  • Unfortunately, you will need to purchase the Gold Brush Membership first. Once you have the order placed, reach out to Enable Art via texting or calling (509-593-0555) and ask if you can have the Gold Brush Membership Discount Code you can use at check out. That way you can still sign up without waiting for the welcome email.

What if I place an order as a Gold Brush Member and I forget to add my discount code and charge my card?

  • Enable Art’s policy states that there is no credit or refunds. All sales are final. We do have the right to add additional classes to your GBM card but are not required to. It is important you make sure your discount code is entered in correctly.

How do I know my order has gone through?

  • ONCE YOU ENTER YOUR DISCOUNT CODE YOUR CLASS IS NOT SAVED. You still need to click through until you “Submit” your order. Make sure you fill out all the information and keep clicking “Next” until you see the “Submit” button. You will see a page that says “Thanks for ordering". If you still aren’t sure if your order went through, make sure you check your junk mail because you will ALWAYS receive an email with a successful order.

I placed my order and it says “Pending Fulfillment”

  • If you are seeing this your order has come through. The website is wanting Enable Art to ship you something. Since you are purchasing a service we will not be changing this to “fulfilled”.

What if I just ordered my Gold Brush Membership and I want to use my membership the day classes were posted and I miss out on the 24 hour deals.

  • If you order your membership the same day classes are released we recommend calling or texting us, asking us for the GBM discount code. That way, even though we haven’t processed your order, we can still get you the code to order. We do not work on the weekends so unless you contact us during business hours there is no guarantee we will get back to you until the next business day.


ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All Gold Brush Membership Purchases are final as well as all products purchased on our website. Please see “Right to Refuse Service", “Cancellations” and “Refunds & Credit” for more information on these matters.
